Hot tubs operate year round. Each house has its own private hot tub.

We do not have a restaurant onsite though we do provide breakfast for B&B guests staying in the Pointhouse. Guests in Aerie, Annex or Studio ISO, our independent self-catered vacation rentals, have full kitchens to create their own meals but are welcome to add on an oceanside breakfast if there is availability. We can also bring in private chefs for special occasion dinners or small events. Check out our Eat & Drink page for information on other food service options and local recommendations.

The number of guests permitted onsite for events is about a dozen. See our Weddings + Events page for more information on special events.

High Speed wireless networks are installed in all our accommodations. Cell service is variable. Switching on wifi-assisted calling will ensure you stay connected.

The Pointhouse property has a level 2 charger as well as a 40 amp NEMA plug-in for charing EVs. Annex also has accessible outlets for charging- just at a slower rate. There are lots of public charging facilities throughout the Coast with a large concentration in Sechelt about 8 km away.

Check-in after 4:00pm. Check-out:10 am for vacation rentals or 11am for B&B suites. Earlier or later times if possible, must be approved in advance.

We have two recreational kayaks for Annex guests to use at the beach below. Otherwise guests are welcome to bring their own paddle craft or check out rental companies. View our Watersports page for links and more information.

Annex has air conditioning. Other suites have ceiling fans, ocean breezes, passive solar design or additional portable fans for our few hot days.

A Pack-n-Play type portable child crib is available on request as well as a high chair. There are children books, videos and games in all our child friendly vacation rentals.

We do not have a dedicated spa facility on the Pointhouse property. Massage, yoga, spa and other wellness practitioners can be booked for private sessions in your suite, our Zen Teahouse Studio, or outside when the weather is warm.

Sargeant Bay is an idyllic anchorage in a Norwester. We have one year-round mooring buoy available. A 30 ft seasonal float and dock (May to Sept) is also available for smaller crafts or dinghies with the same caveats about the weather.
