Booking Terms & Conditions

Most rates are based on double occupancy unless otherwise specified. There is an additional nightly charge for extra guests (including children) and pets where permitted. Please check the maximum number of guests and suitability for each unit. Minimum age for renters is 25 yrs. Cleaning fees are added to all self-catering rentals. All accommodations are non-smoking.

To book online, select your dates then choose from available accommodations, add-ons or packages. If your preferred accommodation is not available and your schedule is flexible, click the item's availability tab to see available dates. Indicate the number of any extra guests or pets on the pop up screen. Apply any discount codes or gift certificates. Weekly discounts are available off peak.

Continue to next screen to fill in your contact information & billing address including postal code. For B&B stays please note any allergies/dietary restrictions so we can source alternatives to ensure memorable food experiences.

A credit card is required to pay the deposit (50%) and complete your reservation. E-transfers are welcome. Just let us know in advance and we can make up the booking invoice for you. Credit card charges will appear as Pointhouse Suites on Sargeant Bay.  The balance is due 14 days prior to Pointhouse B&B, 30 days for Aerie, Annex, ISO and 60 days for Pointhouse/Estate rentals.

NB: Spa treatments must be cancelled with no less than 48 hrs notice. No shows or last minute cancellations will be charged 100% of the service price.

Please also note that we have a two night minimum. Single or orphan nights between two bookings may be booked in advance otherwise one night stays are only considered on a case by case basis.

We highly recommend guests purchase trip interruption/cancellation insurance to protect them in the case of unforeseen circumstances such as illness, natural disasters or transportation delays, etc.

Cancellation Policy

Due to our intimate size, cancellations or changes have the potential to negatively affect our small business as much as they do your anticipated holiday time.

Regardless of reason, including but not limited to, weather, road conditions, ferry disruptions, bridge closures, acts of Mother Nature, medical reasons, death in the family or changes in the restrictions for COVID-19 (e.g. restrictions for travel, indoor gatherings/group sizes, change in amenities available, moving back a phase, etc.), if you are concerned about the possibility of having to cancel your reservation, we recommend checking with your credit card issuer for trip interruption or cancellation insurance or purchasing comprehensive 3rd party travel insurance to cover yourselves for all unforeseen circumstances.

In the event of a cancellation, fees will be equal to 6% of the total deposit plus any non refundable deposits paid to other service providers as well as an administration charge of $50. Our minimum cancellation fee is $75. A full refund, less the cancellation charges, will be returned with 14 days advance notice for the Pointhouse B&B or Aerie stays, 30 days for Annex, ISO and Pointhouse/Estate rentals. Thereafter, we reserve the right to fully charge for all nights for which we are unable to secure a replacement booking. This cancellation policy also applies to reservations booked with Gift Certificates. "No Shows" and unscheduled early departures are subject to full payment for all nights reserved. Special cancellation policies apply to weddings and elopements - reservation deposits are non refundable. Credits for future stays are unlikely for known risks.

In order to be fair to our practitioners all Spa treatments, booked either a la carte or in a package, must be cancelled with 48 hours notice or the minimum cancellation fee will apply.

Most rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to change until confirmed. There are additional charges for extra guests(including children) and pets where permitted. In the event of a pricing error via our booking engine, rates published on our website's accommodations page will prevail.

Check-in: 4:00-7:00 pm. Other times by arrangement.

Check-out: 10:00 am for vacation rentals and 11:00 am for B&B stays

No smoking or any kind on the property.

Pets must be pre-approved prior to staying at the Aerie/Annex/Studio ISO.

Pet Policy

The Aerie, Annex and new Studio ISO welcome well behaved pets and their owners looking for accommodation on the Sunshine Coast. Pet charges and limits apply. All pets must be approved prior to arrival to ensure suitability.

  • Aerie/Annex:Up to 2 pets
  • Studio ISO: 1 pet
  • Pointhouse: No pets unless whole Pointhouse rented.

Pets charged at $35pp/night to a maximum of $150/pet. Accommodation taxes (15%) apply to pet fees

Further conditions for canine visitors and responsible owners are detailed below to ensure everyone has a happy stay:

  • Pets should be leashed when outside for their own safety and the comfort of other guests or neighbours.Visiting wildlife may pose a hazard if threatened. This is also a requirement of all Provincial Parks.
  • Pets cannot be left alone in the Aerie/Annex/ISO, and must be with their owners at all times unless kenneled for short periods.
  • Pets should be clean, free of ticks or fleas and up-to-date with vaccinations.
  • Pets are not permitted on the beds or furniture. A cleaning penalty may be assessed for suites that require extra cleaning due to stained bedspreads, upholstery, carpets, bath towels etc. Protective covers advisable, “just in case”.
  • Owners should bring pet bedding and dishes
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pet.
  • Innkeepers are not liable for any pet injuries sustained on the property or beaches.
