Exclusive, intimate, natural, relaxed, and smooth. We have everything you need to for an unforgettable wedding at possibly the most beautiful location on the Sunshine Coast – only a 40 minute ferry ride from Vancouver or a 15 minute seaplane flight from Nanaimo or Vancouver.

Our small wedding packages range from all inclusive celebrations to self-catered events allowing you the freedom to choose your own vendors and serve your own alcohol. Your hosts are onsite or nearby to manage any problems. We can also tailor a package to suit whatever dream you envision for an intimate private ceremony.

All our wedding packages include:

• initial wedding consultation & property site tour
• vendor referrals & pre-event coordination
• unlimited use of the grounds for photography
• linen covered signing table & chair
• additional table(s) for guest book, gifts or programs
• built-in sound or portable music systems

N.B. All equipment, photography, live music, catering, floral, linen and other service arrangements are the responsibility of the wedding couple unless included in a package. We are happy to make recommendations and help coordinate. You can get additional assistance from our dedicated wedding planners at Coastal Weddings and Events.

**Couples are responsible for arranging a BC marriage license and officiant. Licenses are valid for 3 months. View the list of SC marriage commissioners

Intimate Pointhouse Wedding –  from $6495

When you want to exchange vows with your closest family and friends present to witness your joy and commitment, this all inclusive package has all the elements and planning assistance that will ensure your special day is memorable for all the right reasons. Express your style and celebrate all the unique things that brought you together with expert help from Coastal Weddings and Events to design and planning a custom ceremony and reception.

• two nights accommodation for the wedding couple in the Point Suite
• special breakfasts both mornings
• custom designed ceremony – your choice of indoor or outdoor sites including set-up of chairs, and any decor
• a selection of wedding music to be played during the ceremony – add live music if you prefer
• professional photography for ceremony and 45 minutes following – add more time if desired
• bride’s bouquet & groom’s boutonnière-your choice of design/ flowers(add other flowers if you wish)
• reception bubbly service (flutes, trays, bubbly) or other beverage set-up to toast your union
• catered dinner for up to 6 guests* – add on additional menu items or appetizers if you wish
• custom decor and linens for indoor or outdoor reception
• preferred Pointhouse B&B accommodation rates for your guests
• prow, deck and forward lounges for indoor hospitality areas

Private Estate Wedding –  from $13875

When you want to ensure privacy and plenty of opportunities for your closest family and friends to spend time together before and after your personal exchange of vows, this all inclusive package has every detail covered from guest accommodations, to food, and custom wedding design so just can just arrive and slip into vacation mode on this beautiful private waterfront estate. Lots of scope on the property to choose the perfect spot to say your “I do’s” and host your wedding dinner. Coastal Weddings and Events is on board from the beginning for expert help with every aspect of your celebration.

• two nights luxury B&B accommodation for up to 10 guests*
• rehearsal BBQ in the K’wex Pavilion with outdoor kitchen/bar, built-in heaters with your choice of salads &”U”cook goodies for the grill.
• custom designed ceremony – your choice of indoor or outdoor sites including set-up of chairs, and any decor
• a selection of wedding music to be played during the ceremony – add live music if you prefer
• professional photography for ceremony and 60 minutes following – add more time if desired

When you want the freedom to choose your own food, photographers, flowers, planners and officiants with support and recommendations from your hosts, this package gives you the ultimate flexibility to plan a unique celebration that is meaningful to both of you . You and your loved ones will be the only guests on the estate property.  Enjoy our spectacular private waterfront, gardens, paths and numerous outdoor spaces for recreation, water sports, leisure, nature appreciation or photography with your significant others. A great way for both sides of the family to get to know each other. Hand off to a local wedding expert for stress-free execution of your plans. Maximum 14 guests.
