Only a 40 minute ferry ride from Vancouver or a 15 minute seaplane flight from Nanaimo or Vancouver.As either a meeting destination or a perk for top performers, few locations can match our scenic beauty, tranquility and proximity to the lower mainland.

Why Pointhouse?

Floor to ceiling windows flood spaces with natural light to stimulate your energy and creativity. Our casual café and lounge atmosphere allows for informal working groups as well as breakout areas to facilitate small group exercises and interactions.

You also have the options to move your group outdoors. Surrounded by ocean and forest there are lots of opportunities to incorporate special team building activities on the water or in the woods.

Pointhouse is intentionally scaled for smaller groups, allowing for a level of focus and connection that’s difficult to achieve in larger venues. With only one group at a time, the experience remains private and unhurried.

Meeting + Retreat Facilities

Retreats are typically designed for 6–10 guests, with capacity varying depending on whether your group prefers private or shared sleeping arrangements. Smaller groups may be hosted within the main house or a combination of spaces, while larger groups can extend across the whole estate with the optional addition of our Annex guesthouse for off-site lodging / programming. Retreats are primarily hosted outside of peak summer periods, when the property can be more easily dedicated to a single group.
