Spent lots of time in the hot tub, soaking up the serenity of the surroundings and getting some lovely R & R.”

“Piece of paradise. This property was even better than we hoped for! It is an incredible gem of a place. The architecture, location, setting, amenities and design were really incredible. We slept well, tucked into various reading nooks, played games, whittled driftwood, watched the stars at night, caught a bit of the Olympics and walked every day many times the short little trail to the beach. The water was beautiful, the tides were fun, the blackberries on the way were in bowls with fresh made cream for our breakfast side dishes. One of us forgot books and there were selections available. One time we had a problem with the hot tub (our fault) that was promptly addressed. We are incredibly thankful for the gift of staying at this property. I am thankful the wonderful hosts own such a place ! 8/1/2021”

“Idyllic forest getaway. We had the most fabulous relaxing break at the Aerie. We especially enjoyed the peace & quiet in such a beautiful setting. I am not sure we have stayed ANYWHERE with such a well-equipped kitchen. . What a fantastic way to celebrate my wife's birthday! The property is well situated for hiking trails which we thoroughly enjoyed, especially our pup. We can't wait to return and explore the area more thoroughly (hopefully without an atmospheric river!)”
