Rental Rates for the whole Pointhouse:
- Maximum occupancy and prices based on six (6) guests
- Rates and minimum stays vary with the season from $1699/nt.
- Pet friendly ($45pp/nt)
- One time cleaning fee $600, any no.of nights/occupants
- Taxes additional 15% (GST5%, PST 8%,MRDT 2%)
- Week long rentals receive 10% discount except in high season
- Extra fees for events
